NOTO Meals grew from a simple question: could the food and cooking behind Pho Bo To Grill be adapted into a weekly format that makes everyday meals easier?

Our restaurant has spent years preparing Vietnamese food for the Richmond community. NOTO takes inspiration from that kitchen — grilled meats, rice bowls, stir-fried noodles, fried rice, seafood, and slow-braised specialties — and organizes it around the rhythm of a busy week.

We are not launching everywhere. For now, NOTO is produced in small batches for Richmond and nearby neighborhoods. Starting small lets us learn what people actually want, protect food quality, and improve the service before trying to grow it.

This is a new brand, but it comes from a real kitchen, a real restaurant, and years of hands-on food production.
