Ordering Policy
Owner review required. These policies are working templates. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed before publication.
Prepayment
All orders must be fully paid before production. An order that has not been paid is not scheduled and will not be prepared.
Weekly cutoffs
Friday at 11:59 PM Central for Sunday production. Tuesday at 11:59 PM Central for Wednesday production. Your production and fulfillment dates are shown before you pay.
Late orders
Orders completed after a cutoff move to the following production batch. We will always show you which batch you are in before payment.
Changes
Order changes must be requested before the relevant weekly cutoff and are subject to availability. Email us as early as you can.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests received before the weekly cutoff may be eligible for a refund. Once production begins, orders are nonrefundable except where required by law or where NOTO is unable to fulfill the order.
Delivery
Free within our approved 10-mile service area on Monday and Thursday. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, any access instructions, and a safe place to leave the order.
Missed delivery
We cannot promise redelivery. If a delivery cannot be completed, additional arrangements may be possible subject to availability. Please make sure someone can receive your order or that a safe drop location is provided.
Pickup
Orders must be collected during the selected pickup period at Pho Bo To Grill, 19320 West Bellfort, Richmond, TX. Uncollected orders are held refrigerated where possible, but we cannot guarantee availability after your window closes.
Food safety
Refrigerate your meals promptly on receipt and follow the storage and reheating guidance included with your order. Each container carries its own use-by date.
Availability and substitution
Meals and premium proteins may be limited, substituted, or refunded if production availability changes. We will never substitute across an allergen or a major protein difference without your approval.
Allergens
Our meals are prepared in a working restaurant kitchen that handles common allergens including shellfish, wheat, soy, egg, and sesame. Every meal lists what it contains. Customers with serious food allergies should contact us before ordering.
Service area
Delivery eligibility is based on our configured local delivery area. If your address falls outside it, we will let you know and pickup remains available.
