What is NOTO Meals?
A locally produced, Vietnamese-inspired prepared-meal service created by the kitchen behind Pho Bo To Grill in Richmond, Texas.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Your plan renews each week so you never have to reorder. You can skip any week or cancel entirely in one tap, with no fee and no conversation.
Am I locked in?
No. There is no contract, no minimum number of weeks, and no cancellation fee. The only reason to stay is that the food is good.
How do I skip a week?
One tap before the cutoff. Nothing is charged and nothing is cooked. Skip as many weeks as you like — we do not limit it.
How do I cancel?
One tap. It takes effect immediately, there is no fee, and we will not ask you for a reason or put you on the phone.
When am I charged?
At the cutoff for the week you are receiving — Tuesday at 11:59 PM for the Thursday batch, Saturday at 11:59 PM for the Monday batch. We email and text you two days beforehand so you always have time to change or skip.
When do orders close?
Tuesday at 11:59 PM Central for Thursday, and Saturday at 11:59 PM Central for Monday.
When are meals prepared?
Thursday and Monday mornings. Your meals leave our kitchen the same day they are cooked.
When do you deliver, and when can I pick up?
Both happen Thursday and Monday between 11am and 2pm. Delivery comes to you; pickup is at Pho Bo To Grill.
How long do meals last?
Because we cook twice a week and hand your meals over the same morning, nothing in your fridge is ever more than three days old. Every container carries its own use-by date.
Is anything frozen?
No. Nothing is ever frozen — not the meals, not the proteins. That is the main difference between us and the national brands, and it is the reason we only cook twice a week.
How much is delivery?
Free within our approved 10-mile local service area. Pickup is always free.
Can I choose my meals?
Yes. Every plan lets you select from the Everyday, Signature, and Reserve collections, and you can mix them freely across your week.
How do premium upgrades work?
Your plan sets your per-meal price. Signature adds $3 per meal and Reserve adds $8 per meal. That is it — nothing to track, and you see the exact total before you pay.
Why is Reserve limited?
Braised dishes take a full day and we cook them in small batches, so Reserve is capped at 4 meals per household per week.
Can I change my plan size?
Anytime, before the cutoff. Move between Starter, Performance and Family as your week changes.
What if I am going on vacation?
Skip as many weeks as you need. Your plan and your pricing are waiting when you get back.
What if I forget to choose my meals?
We will send our picks for that week from the collections you usually order. You will have seen the list in our reminder, and you can change it any time before the cutoff.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes — our Lemongrass Tofu meals. Please note the fried rice contains egg, so it is vegetarian but not vegan.
Are meals delivered hot?
No. Meals are provided refrigerated and are intended to be reheated.
Do you provide nutrition information?
Not currently. We would rather show you nothing than show you numbers we have not verified.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our meals are prepared in a working restaurant kitchen that handles common allergens including shellfish, wheat, soy, egg, and sesame. Every meal lists what it contains. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Where do you currently serve?
Richmond, Texas, and approved addresses within our local delivery radius. If you are outside the area, pickup is available and we would love to hear from you.
